1kg chicken fillets cut into chunky cubes
Wash and drain
In a bowl prepare marinate:
2 tablespoons steers garlic sauce @steers.sa
2 tablespoons Nando’s lemon & herb sauce @nandosrsa
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons @nolamayonnaise creamy mayonnaise
1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food peri peri masala
1 teaspoon aromat
1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon cajun spice
2 tablespoons oil
Mix well
Marinate chicken cubes.
Skewer about 5-6 cubes per skewer. You can put cut up onion and/or peppers in between I omitted as my kids don’t like it.
Set in oven tray and bake at 180 in a preheated oven. Keep basting with leftover marinade. Bake about 20-25 min depending on oven.
